Sleep is a very important aspect of our life. Lack of sleep can cause various problems to us physically as well as mentally.
Why do you need to sleep?
While do we sleep, the body starts the cleaning processes and cleans all the toxins generated during the whole day. All the body systems work to remove the toxins, replacing cells, repairing damaged tissues. During sleep body takes time to recover and heal to take on the next day. There are long term effects on your health if you are not getting enough sleep which increases the risks of diabetes, heart disease, obesity and depression.
